 Shipping Costs & Time 

All orders are subject to method of payment verification, and if we are unable to verify your purchase in time this can delay your shipment.

Please note, all of our products are made to order unless specified otherwise, so be ready to expect fulfillment time in addition to shipping time in order to eliminate mass production as our pledge to not contribute towards the destruction of our beautiful earth. All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third party fulfillment services with warehouses located in various locations. Shipping price and time varies depending on the product and fulfillment provider; the accurate shipping time and price will populate at the time of purchase. While the majority of products are fulfilled in the U.S.A., others may be fulfilled in factories located in other countries such as Mexico, Nicaragua, Australia, England, Germany and even China.

The estimated delivery time will be in addition to fulfillment time contingent to the acceptance of your order. Delivery times will be calculated from the date on which your order is placed, unless otherwise specified.

At the moment we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, to FPO/APO addresses and to PO Boxes.

Haute High Fashion will only deliver packages to the address that was requested when your order was placed.

 Pre - Orders 

For selected groups of styles on HauteHighFashion.com, that are not immediately available for sale but will be available in the future, Haute High Fashion may provide customers with the option to place a Pre-Order for these items. When a customer makes a Pre-Order, Haute High Fashion will provide an estimated shipping/availability date, which may be subject to variations. Once the item arrives in our warehouse and becomes available, we will process and ship your order. At this point, you will receive a shipping notification via email and your credit card will be charged. In the event that the item does not become available at the communicated shipping/availability date, we will notify you via email. You will be apprised of the order status and given the opportunity to cancel the order, or to agree to a future delivery date.

For all Pre-Orders, a credit card will be the only accepted form of payment. Haute High Fashion will verify the credit card’s validity at the time of order.


For U.S. orders consisting of both Pre-Order items and regular items, we will ship the regular item first and then the Pre-Order item will be shipped once the item becomes available. For orders consisting of multiple Pre-Order items with different shipping/availability dates, we will ship the items as they become available.

 Changing Or Cancelling An Order 

For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been shipped. All items purchased at the Haute High Fashion Online Store can be returned within 30 days, free of charge. In case you need further support, our Customer Care will be happy to provide assistance.



 Order Tracking 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number. You will also receive instructions on how to track your order as well as tracking updates.



Haute High Fashion insures all items against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit until it is delivered to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

If the product inside the box is damaged upon arrival, please contact our  Customer Care to set up a free return, postage will be sent via email and you can drop it off at your nearest post office. You can then either choose to receive a replacement product, store credit or a refund.
