Collection: Sacred Rage Summer

A collection of burning hearts for those whose hearts are hurting, aching for peace and justice. WHY the burning heart? I was raised Catholic in my childhood & Pentecost Evangelical Christian in my teens. I left the church in my 30s when I developed the discernment to realize that the church was merely an Institution, a harmful Patriarchal system of oppression that could be weaponized at will when declared the supreme law of society. It exists for one purpose only, to uphold the Patriarchy. That's why God is a man, the prophets were men, the savior was a man. And Mary Magdalene was cast as a prostitute. So, I came back to reclaim the burning heart. Faith belongs to no Institution. It's supposed to be a personal relationship between you and your creator. It is sacred. And so is our rage. This is Sacred Rage Summer. #WWJD
